Information for

Tenants

1. View the property.

Our viewing representative Paul will meet you at the property at your designated viewing time.  You will be required to wear a face covering or provide your exemption certificate.  During these uncertain times we will also be doing temperature checks prior to viewing.  Antibacterial hand gel is available for the viewing.  If we are in tier 3, tier 4 or a national lockdown a maximum of two people from the same household can attend the viewing.  Paul will have already opened all doors and turned on lighting prior to your arrival; please do your utmost to avoid touching.  When in the higher tiers or a national lockdown Paul will remain outside for your viewing.  Touchable surfaces will be disinfected between each viewing.

Please note that if you have low income income or have bad credit you will need an employed guarantor with good credit earning a minimum of £15,000 per annum. Please see the "What Rent Can I Afford" table below for a list.
